Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains the types of information the website may collect and how that information is used to respond to Medicare help requests and operate the site.

- Server-side lead handling
- Client-safe analytics settings
- Private agency, not government
Information we may collect
The website may collect the contact and Medicare-interest information you choose to enter into public forms, along with limited website analytics, attribution, and operational metadata needed to keep the site working safely.
Public forms are designed to avoid collecting Medicare numbers, dates of birth, and detailed health-condition information.
How information is used
Submitted information may be used to respond to Medicare questions, route lead requests, maintain consent records, operate analytics in a privacy-conscious way, and protect the website against spam or duplicate submissions.
Server-side systems and CRM delivery
Website forms submit to the internal Next.js route first. The browser does not submit directly to the CRM. CRM payload preparation and delivery happen only from the server when secure server-side environment variables are configured.
Cookies, analytics, and third parties
Analytics tools may be enabled to measure website performance and attribution. Client-side analytics are configured to avoid sending lead PII. Third-party services may receive limited technical data needed to deliver hosting, analytics, or communications functionality.
Choices, security, and updates
You may choose whether to submit website forms or call instead. Medicare Saving Solutions uses reasonable safeguards to reduce exposure of sensitive information, but no website can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as website features, vendors, or compliance requirements change.
Privacy standard
Medicare comparisons should stay educational, individualized, and free from promises about savings, availability, or government endorsement.
